Dexon Mechanical Solutions Successfully Expands Manufacturing Facility

With demand for their products surging, a multi-national oil & gas company needed to rapidly expand to fulfill their orders. They requested DMS to add 18 new lines within a tight time-frame.

• Large Scale Installation: With 18 lines to install, planning and efficiency were critical to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Innovative Enhancements by DMS

• Smart Closure Solutions: Traditionally, opening the pipelines required the removal of multiple heavy bolts, leading to delays in cleaning and inspections. DMS introduced a user-friendly hatch closure, allowing operators to access the line quickly and effortlessly.  

• Heat Management Optimization: Parts of the new pipeline were installed beneath the ground, effectively controlling heat exposure and solving a major operational pain point. This adjustment increases energy efficiency and will prolong the equipment’s lifespan.
